After 3 days of avoiding the urge to press the Big Red Button, we pulled together a working strategy. Grats to everyone that toughed it out and pulled off the win. Finishing Ulduar is right around the corner!

We've adjusted the EPGP system some more to give rewards for boss kills and such. As a result everyones EP was divided by 10. Before anyone freaks out, this just moves the decimal point.

After that, we decayed everyone's EP+GP 20%. This will happen every week before we raid (Tuesday or Wednesday). Now points are gained at 100EP every 15 in Ulduar and 75 in Naxx.

There have been big changes to standby, we now only reward full EP (plus boss kill bonuses) if you show up to raid on time and stay in the raid group. Going on standby once the raid has started will only get you 50% of the regular EP (50 and 38).

Expect more changes in the future (most likely just a bonus system for more EP) but the number scoring will probably stay the same.
