    seewhatididrightthar? html joke..

anyways.. i think what gneisha posted on the forums is partialy correct. i don't think all the blame for our guilds past misfortunes should be places on the shoulders of our roflcers. (el oh el) i think all us raiders have something we can do better as well. i havn't had a pet pull a boss or mob in 2 weeks! success! sort of.. but little changes can make for big differences.

and i think it starts first off with the trouble weve been having the most trouble with lately: attendence. i think in the last 2 weeks, only 2 of our 6 raid nights have been full guild 25 man raids. the other times have had the gaps filled in with pugs, or split the raid lockout into a guild 10 man. this has partialy been helped by the over-recruiting innitiative put forth by the officers to bring in new members for the people who dont make it. on the flipside, sometimes these dont make it. "i just got tired" anyone? classic. so if you want to help your guild out IMO would be the bigest help, would be to show up for raids!

next, i think it would help alot if people were able to concentrate alot harder while were in boss fights on the boss, ie: raid awareness, rotations, "listen the f*ck up, ok?" in vent, and in general, just paying attention to whats going on. if xil says "wait to dps for me to move teh boss" then wait a few seconds for him to do it and him to  say "KILL IT!" This is especially important on bosses such as cho'gall where theres going to be a big moving the boss distance.

and it also helps if you dont know a boss to watch tankspot or yoggs cast videos to learn the fights. yoggs cast is especially good because its got humor and flashy things to make itnot so cut and dry like tankspot, which looks like they are copying yoggs but anywho.. learn the fights and you just might do better than you have because u found out about a mechanic you didnt know about before. and on an individual note, you can look at the damage logs that xil runs so see if maybe your dps is sucking. it'll show you how many times you missed with a spell, how long your dot uptimes are, and what your spells are hitting for.

anyways, i hope this will help everyone, at least, this is my opinion of whats up. follow up in the doobly doo if you think any of this is legit, or your opinions you'd like to share.
